Important: By registering a business, submitting an offer, paying a registration fee, accepting these terms, or using the Senior Vet Discounts Participating Business designation, you agree to these Terms & Agreement.

1. Program Overview

Senior Vet Discounts is operated as a Bruce Goldwell Enterprise project designed to help Veterans, military members, Seniors, and participating businesses connect through discounts, special offers, and other benefits.

A business that is approved for participation may be identified as a:

Senior Vet Discounts Participating Business

Participation means that the business has registered through the Senior Vet Discounts program and has submitted one or more offers intended for eligible Veterans, military members, Seniors, or other qualifying groups as identified by the business.

2. Eligibility to Register a Business

A person registering a business represents that he or she is authorized to act on behalf of the business location being registered.

The registrant must be one of the following:

  • Business owner
  • Manager
  • General manager
  • Corporate representative
  • Franchise owner or authorized franchise representative
  • Other authorized representative of the business

Senior Vet Discounts may request reasonable confirmation that a registrant is authorized to submit information for the business.

3. Registration Applies to Specific Locations

Unless otherwise approved through a corporate, franchise, or multi-location registration arrangement, each registration applies to one physical business location.

Registration of one location does not automatically register or represent every location operating under the same business name, franchise, chain, or brand.

This rule is intended to prevent customers from assuming that a discount offered at one location is available at all locations.

Businesses with multiple locations may register additional locations individually or through an approved multi-location or corporate registration process when available.

4. Business-Provided Offers

Participating businesses determine their own offers.

Senior Vet Discounts does not require a specific discount percentage or benefit amount.

A business may choose to offer:

  • A percentage discount
  • A dollar-amount discount
  • A free item
  • A special price
  • A limited-time promotion
  • A custom benefit

A business may offer benefits to:

  • Veterans or military members
  • Seniors
  • Both Veterans and Seniors

Veteran and Senior offers do not have to be identical.

5. Eligibility Requirements and Restrictions

The participating business is responsible for determining and communicating the terms of its offer.

These terms may include:

  • Minimum Senior age
  • Veteran or military eligibility
  • Identification requirements
  • Qualifying purchases
  • Minimum purchase amounts
  • Excluded products or services
  • Specific days or hours
  • In-store, dine-in, or on-premise restrictions
  • Limits on combining offers
  • Other reasonable restrictions

The business remains solely responsible for deciding whether a customer meets the eligibility requirements for its offer.

6. Accuracy of Business Information

Participating businesses agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

This includes:

  • Business name
  • Address
  • Contact information
  • Veteran or military offer
  • Senior offer
  • Eligibility rules
  • Restrictions
  • Offer dates and hours

Businesses should update their listing promptly if an offer changes, is suspended, or is discontinued.

Senior Vet Discounts may remove, pause, or modify the display of information that appears inaccurate, misleading, expired, or inconsistent with the program.

7. Registration Fees

Participating Business registration may require payment of a registration or annual listing fee.

The current registration price will be displayed before payment is completed.

Promotional, Founding Business, multi-location, corporate, or renewal pricing may differ from standard pricing.

Senior Vet Discounts may change future registration pricing, renewal pricing, or promotional offers.

A price change will not retroactively increase the fee already paid for an active registration period.

8. Multi-Location, Franchise, and Corporate Registrations

Businesses registering multiple locations may be permitted to submit locations through an approved multi-location registration process.

The total registration fee may be calculated based on the number of locations submitted and the applicable per-location rate.

Senior Vet Discounts may offer:

  • Online payment
  • Card payment
  • Corporate invoice
  • Other approved payment arrangements

Locations submitted under a corporate or franchise account are not considered active until applicable payment and approval requirements are satisfied.

A parent company or franchise operator may submit a common offer for multiple locations only if that offer is authorized for those locations.

9. Payment and Approval

Payment of a registration fee does not automatically guarantee approval.

New business registrations may be placed in:

Pending Approval

status until reviewed.

Senior Vet Discounts reserves the right to reject, suspend, or decline a registration that appears fraudulent, misleading, inappropriate, unauthorized, or inconsistent with the purpose of the program.

If a paid registration is rejected before activation, Senior Vet Discounts may issue a refund of the applicable registration fee.

10. Participation Status

A business registration may have a status including:

  • Pending Approval
  • Active
  • Paused
  • Expired
  • Rejected
  • Suspended
  • Terminated

Only an active business registration is authorized to represent itself as a current Senior Vet Discounts Participating Business.

11. Renewals

Unless expressly stated otherwise at registration, participation applies only for the registration period purchased.

Future renewal options may include annual renewal, promotional renewal, corporate renewal, or other arrangements.

Renewal pricing may differ from the original Founding Business or promotional rate.

Any automatic-renewal arrangement, if introduced, must be disclosed before the business agrees to it.

12. Participating Business Branding

Active participating businesses may be granted limited permission to use approved Senior Vet Discounts Participating Business branding.

This may include:

  • Participating Business badge
  • Window or store sticker
  • Approved logo graphics
  • Website graphics
  • Social media graphics
  • Approved promotional materials

Use of these materials is subject to the separate Participating Business Branding Agreement .

Branding authorization exists only while the applicable participating-business registration remains active and in good standing.

13. No Ownership of Senior Vet Discounts Branding

Participation does not transfer ownership of the Senior Vet Discounts name, logo, badge, website, graphics, content, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

All such rights remain with Bruce Goldwell Enterprise and/or the applicable rights holder.

Businesses receive only the limited permission expressly granted under the applicable branding agreement.

14. No Partnership, Agency, or Franchise Relationship

Participation in Senior Vet Discounts does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, or franchise relationship between Senior Vet Discounts, Bruce Goldwell Enterprise, and the participating business.

Participating businesses remain independent businesses responsible for their own operations, employees, products, services, policies, taxes, licenses, insurance, and legal obligations.

15. Customer Eligibility

Senior Vet Discounts may display Veteran, military, Senior, or other profile information to help facilitate discount requests.

However, the participating business makes the final decision regarding customer eligibility for its offer.

The business may request reasonable proof of eligibility consistent with its stated policy and applicable law.

A Senior Vet Discounts screen, profile, badge, or application display is not itself a government-issued identification document.

16. Community Experience Reports

Senior Vet Discounts users may submit Community Experience reports describing what occurred when they visited or interacted with a business.

Community reports may indicate that:

  • A discount was received
  • The policy differed from what was expected
  • No discount was available

Community reports are user-submitted information and are separate from the official offer submitted by the participating business.

A Community Experience report does not automatically alter the business's registered offer.

Senior Vet Discounts may review patterns of conflicting reports and may contact, pause, review, or remove a listing when appropriate.

17. Suspension or Termination

Senior Vet Discounts may suspend or terminate participation when reasonably necessary to protect users, the program, participating businesses, or the Senior Vet Discounts brand.

Reasons may include:

  • False or misleading information
  • Unauthorized registration
  • Repeated failure to honor a submitted offer
  • Misuse of Senior Vet Discounts branding
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abusive or unlawful conduct
  • Nonpayment
  • Expiration of registration
  • Violation of these terms

Upon termination or expiration, the business must stop representing itself as an active Senior Vet Discounts Participating Business.

18. Removal of Branding After Participation Ends

When participation ends, the business agrees to discontinue use of Participating Business branding within a reasonable period.

This includes removing or discontinuing use of:

  • Digital badges
  • Website logos
  • Social media graphics
  • Printed promotional materials when practical
  • Window or store stickers
  • Other materials implying active participation

19. Business Responsibility

Participating businesses remain responsible for:

  • Honoring their submitted offers according to stated terms
  • Training or informing relevant employees
  • Maintaining accurate offer information
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations
  • Handling customer service issues
  • Determining eligibility
  • Maintaining appropriate business licenses and insurance

Senior Vet Discounts is not responsible for operating, managing, supervising, or controlling participating businesses.

20. No Guarantee of Customers, Sales, or Revenue

Participation does not guarantee any specific number of customers, visits, sales, leads, transactions, impressions, or revenue.

Senior Vet Discounts may help users discover participating businesses, but customer behavior and purchasing decisions cannot be guaranteed.

21. Service Availability

Senior Vet Discounts may change, improve, suspend, update, or discontinue portions of the website, app, search system, business program, or related services.

Temporary outages, maintenance, technology failures, third-party service interruptions, or other events may affect availability.

Continuous uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

22. Third-Party Services

Senior Vet Discounts may use third-party providers for services such as:

  • Payment processing
  • Identity verification
  • Maps and directions
  • Email delivery
  • Website hosting
  • Application hosting
  • Analytics

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

23. Payment Processing

Business registration payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe or another approved processor.

Senior Vet Discounts may not directly store full payment-card information.

Payment processing is subject to the payment provider's own terms and security procedures.

24. Refunds

If Senior Vet Discounts rejects a paid registration before activation, the applicable registration fee may be refunded.

Once a business has been approved and activated, registration fees may generally be considered earned for the applicable registration period unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Senior Vet Discounts may issue refunds or credits at its discretion when appropriate.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Senior Vet Discounts and Bruce Goldwell Enterprise are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in the program.

This includes, without limitation, alleged loss of profits, customers, business opportunity, reputation, data, or anticipated savings.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

26. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, a participating business agrees to be responsible for claims arising from its own products, services, employees, operations, submitted offers, representations, or violation of these terms.

The business agrees to defend and indemnify Senior Vet Discounts and Bruce Goldwell Enterprise against claims arising from the business's unlawful conduct, false representations, misuse of branding, or failure to honor obligations it has independently undertaken.

27. Modifications to These Terms

Senior Vet Discounts may update these terms from time to time.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective or reviewed date.

Material changes affecting active participating businesses may also be communicated through the app, merchant account, email, or other reasonable means.

28. Governing Law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Bruce Goldwell Enterprise's operation of the Senior Vet Discounts program, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Additional jurisdiction, venue, arbitration, or dispute resolution provisions may be added or revised as the program develops.

29. Entire Agreement

These Participating Business Terms & Agreement, together with the applicable Business Branding Agreement, Privacy Policy, payment terms, registration information, and any additional written terms presented during registration, form the agreement governing participation in the Senior Vet Discounts business program.

30. Electronic Acceptance

Electronic acceptance has the same effect as signing this agreement manually.

During registration, businesses may be required to confirm:

☐ I certify that I am authorized to register this business location and submit its offer.

☐ I have read and agree to the Senior Vet Discounts Participating Business Terms & Agreement.

Senior Vet Discounts may retain an electronic record of acceptance, including the date, time, business, user account, and agreement version accepted.
