What You May Do

- Post the graphics on your website and social media.

What You May Not Do

You May Add Your Own Business Information
Businesses may place an approved Senior Vet Discounts graphic within a larger advertisement or promotion.
For example, you may add:

- Your website
- Your Veteran offer
- Your Senior offer
- Your own photos
- Your own promotional message
The original Senior Vet Discounts graphic itself should remain recognizable and should not be modified in a way that could misrepresent the Senior Vet Discounts brand.
Your Offer Remains Your Responsibility
Using Senior Vet Discounts branding does not change the terms of the offer your business submitted.
Your business remains responsible for:
- Keeping your offer accurate
- Keeping restrictions current
- Communicating eligibility requirements
- Informing employees about the offer
- Honoring the offer according to its stated terms

Permission Ends When Participation Ends
Permission to use Senior Vet Discounts Participating Business branding is connected to an active Participating Business membership.
If your participation expires, is cancelled, suspended, or terminated, authorization to represent the business as an active Participating Business ends.
Businesses should then remove digital branding and discontinue future promotional use within a reasonable period.
Brand Ownership
Senior Vet Discounts branding, graphics, logos, badges, website content, and related intellectual property remain the property of Bruce Goldwell Enterprise and/or the applicable rights holder.
Participating Businesses receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use approved materials while participation is active.
